What I Offer
I specialize in website redesigns for small and local businesses, creating clean, modern layouts tailored to each client’s needs. All websites are fully responsive across devices and designed to be both visually appealing and easy to navigate. Project timelines typically range from about a week to up to a month depending on complexity, with regular progress updates provided throughout the process. Each site is built using HTML, JavaScript, and additional development tools to ensure a professional, reliable result that attracts and retains users.
Limitations
My services are focused on standard business websites and redesigns. I do not build full web applications or large-scale e-commerce platforms for online stores. Projects are completed within a defined scope, including a limited number of revisions per phase to ensure efficiency. Additional changes or major adjustments may require extra time. While project timelines are estimated and aimed to be completed as quickly as possible, exact completion dates are not guaranteed and depend on project complexity and communication. Post-launch updates and maintenance are available for up to 6 months after the website is published. Ongoing support beyond that period can be discussed if needed.
Pricing
The minimum price for a website is $250. Pricing increases based on the amount of content included, the complexity of the build, and any additional requested functions. Pricing may also be adjusted during the project if substantially more content is added than originally expected or if the requested timeline is significantly shortened. If this happens, I will communicate clearly and will not suddenly make a drastic price increase without discussion. Negotiation may be considered depending on the size and scale of the site. Post-publishing maintenance is available for an additional $50 upfront. This includes minor updates or edits to the website for the following 6 months after launch.
Process

The client schedules an initial call or meeting. We discuss basic requests, expected content, and review the current website if one exists.

In a second meeting, the client provides all necessary materials such as photos, written content, and branding. Pricing and a general timeline are also discussed.

I gather all required resources and begin development as soon as possible.

Regular updates are provided throughout the build process. Clients can request edits or adjustments as sections are completed.

Once development is complete, a final meeting is held to review the site, discuss any final edits, and finalize payment methods, domain setup, and related details.

If the maintenance option is selected, minor updates and edits will be available for up to 6 months after the site is published.
